Scheduling:
Our scheduling number is 518-438-1311. We will be unable to accept phone calls made to any other telephone number. You can leave a message. Calls will be returned daily.
Cancellations:
We still require 24-hours notification for all cancellations and changes. Cancellations need to be made at least 24 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged for the missed appointment. You may leave a message at any time.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Reimbursement:
We regret that we do not participate with any insurance programs at this time. We will be happy to provide you with a coded bill for you to submit to your insurance carrier.
In the past we have found that private insurance carriers may reimburse up to 80% of our fee. We have found that HMO programs will not reimburse for our services as we are non participants in their programs.
At this time we cannot accept compensation cases.
Payment:
Our fee is $90.00 per session. Each session is one hour of individual treatment. We receive payment at the time of service. We accept cash or checks, credit cards are not accepted at this time.
